Dr. Wotchiwe M. Kalande is a lecturer in science and agriculture education at Domasi College of Education in Zomba, Malawi. Formally a secondary school teacher, Dr. Kalande has worked as a teacher educator at Mzuzu Teachers College in the northern region and Kasungu Teacher Training College in the central region of Malawi. Dr. Kalande received Ph.D. degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Virginia Tech. For the Mobile Malawi Project, she will be coordinating the Domasi College teacher education site.
